Our mission is to help companies build great places to work. We know that companies are more successful when employees are happy and free from admin.
We鈥檝e all experienced the pain of HR first hand and we believe it鈥檚 too hard right now. Most processes are manual and different processes or software usually don鈥檛 link together. This leads to small business owners spend an average of four days each month battling internal admin () and even then, most business owners don鈥檛 have access to basic tools that can help them manage their people and culture better.

2. Hub & Spoke model
海角社区’s App Store allows businesses to extend the platform with additional features, each time without setting up yet another software system and each integrating seamlessly with every other app on 海角社区. Because 海角社区 grows as you grow, the platform isn’t full of features you don鈥檛 use yourself.
